i had a townhouse beautiful room. this room was large and it was nicely appointed. the bed was extraordinarily comfortable and gave me a good nights sleep.

delicious assortment beautiful sweets exact taste
i found a delicious assortment of sandwiches. the sweets tree was a beautiful touch at the end. the tea blending session allowed me to craft a blend to my exact tastes.
the television had a limited selection of channels, it lacked cnn, a network i expect to see in international hotels.

elevator noise limited minibar
I specifically requested a quiet room, but i was placed near the elevators. The constant noise was distracting. The minibar selection was quite limited. It lacked some of the basic items I expect from a hotel. The gym was also surprisingly small, with limited equipment. I think they could improve the variety of snacks and drinks.

the team was attentive and professional. daniel, mariusz, and william provided excellent recommendations. i appreciated the personalized service and would stay again.
the spa was fully booked during my available times i assumed it would be easy to book on arrival.

breakfast included fresh options and delicious flavors. dinner featured beautifully cooked dishes with rich flavor. i especially appreciated the beef, tender and cooked perfectly. the pastry chef prepared creative desserts.

the room was super clean and spacious. the bed was comfortable with ample space. the hotel rooms are elegant with kitschy artwork. there was also a coffee machine in the room i found very useful.

the customer service was excellent. the staff was friendly and helpful at all times. yasir was particularly cute late at night. emmie, angeline, and ellie provided excellent care throughout the stay.

the interiors were elegant and vibrant. the hotel is dog friendly. there were thick walls so the room was quiet. i liked the little details like the doormen always smiling.
